    Like fresh water, these must be replenished every day. (“You’re doing great!” “You are enough!” “You can totally rock those dreams!”)
  • Healthy Boundaries:
    Think of these like a cozy, secure fenced yard. They keep your Self safe, happy, and out of neighbor drama.
  • Playtime:
    Non-negotiable. Whether it’s dancing badly in your kitchen, trying watercolor painting, or laughing until you snort — your Self needs joy.
  • Rest and Recharge:
    Regular naps, full nights of sleep, and intentional downtime are critical. Over-tired Selves get cranky, weird, and existential.
  • Nourishment:
    Feed your Self a colorful diet of real food, inspiring books, deep conversations, dreams, and occasional guilt-free chocolate.

Advanced Care:

  • Affection:
    Frequent self-hugs, mirror pep talks, and the radical acceptance of your flaws and weirdness are recommended.
  • Training Sessions:
    Teach your Self new tricks! Growth happens when you stretch, not when you stay sitting. (Life coaching treats provided.)
  • Grooming:
    Don’t neglect maintenance. Spa days, journaling, therapy, and soul-deep check-ins help your Self feel fresh and fabulous.
  • Emergency Response:
